DYWELL,sodium salt of polymerized naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate,is a highly effective anionic dispersant for dyestuffs and pigments.DYWELL shows low foaming property.Good heat stability,and high resistance to acid and alkali.DYWELL,used for dispersant of disperse dyes,and also dispersant and leveling agent of various dyes, performs excellent dyeing capability.DYWELL is good for improving wettability as well.

Product Feature

1. With an excellent dispersing property, a small dosage of DYWELL result in good leveling and migration property of dyes and pigments without any particles separation.
2. DYWELL is stable at a temperature above 100 centi grade.
3. DYWELL retains its dispersing property over a wide range of pH (pH 2 - pH 12) DYWELL will not cause foaming, and can be used together with anionic or non-ionic surfactants

Application

1. Dispersing agent for disperse dyes : Wettability, milling, and migration properties of disperse powder dyes are improved and secondary flocculation is prevented when 10-50% of DYWELL by weight is added.
2. Auxiliary dyeing agent : Excellent migration and leveling properties of dyestuffs are obtained by adding 0.1-2% of DYWELL by weight to dyestuffs.
3. Dispersant of pigments : Excellent wettability and permeability are obtained by adding 0.5-3% of DYWELL by weight to pigments when aqueous or emulsion paints are made

***STORAGE***

1. Storage of DYWELL at room temperature is recommended.
2. Liquid DYWELL may be congealed when exposed to cold temperature. Its dispersing properties, however , will not be affected. If frozen, warm to 30 Centigrade degree and mix well.
